Co-op Classes

Our morning co-op classes begin with gathering as a group to learn scripture and start the day with prayer. 

From 10am to 12pm, our classes will begin. In the spring, we focus on a hands-on approach to oceanography and weather. Our additional hands-on class will be a humanities such as cooking, art, life skills, language, etc. 

We will end our spring semester with a science fair and night of celebration.

Electives

Our afternoon elective classes are for 6th-12th grade, with archery being the exception. Some classes may be open to parent provided there is space.  Each class has a fee set by the instructor and must be paid two weeks prior to the first day of class.

*Note: not all electives are on Wednesday

Archery Board nature

Join us in our second season of archery! Students will have an opportunity to practice during co-op hours. Archery shoots will be local when possible. Parents can decided on which event to attend and are responsible for entry fees. Archery is open to 4th-12th graders. The fee for this class is $85. 

*Archery practice is on Monday 2:30-3:30pm

Interior Designer

Interior design concepts will be taught by Kaelin Anderson. She has planned a semester of mood boards, table settings and room decorating among other creative tips.  The fee for this class is $85 with an additional $15 supply fee. 

 

Class is offered on Wednesdays 10am-11am.

The carpentry class is taught by Pastor Jimmy Closterman. Students will learn all types of carpentry skills and have a completed project by the end of the semester. The fee for this class is $85 per student.

Chemistry lab is being offered by long-time homeschool mom and laboratory technician, Melanie Stratton. This is a lab only, not a stand-alone class. The fee for this class is $125. 

*This is a High School lab only

Children Exercising Together

 PE class is being offered by fitness coach, Noel Sizemore. Noel will bring physical and a nutritional element to this weekly class. The fee for this class is $50 per student. Class will be capped at 10 students. Class is offered on Wednesdays 9am-10am.

Choir is being offered this semester by Alisha Strunk. This class teach music theory, weekly practice and a Christmas performance.  The fee for this class is $50 per student. Class is offered on Wednesday 9am-10am
